[Container-tools] vagrant-service-manager version 1.2.2 release

Hey All,

We have a new bug fix release of vagrant-service-manager plugin with
version 1.2.2.

This release of the plugin includes:
- Bug fix for the client binary installation of OpenShift 'oc' binary
- Update Regex implementation to fetch the latest stable 'oc' version from
the running VM
- New issue template for quick start guide to contributors while filing
issue
