[Container-tools] Introducing 'kubeshift' the OpenShift / Kubernetes Python API library

Hey all!

The work we've done to communicate with both OpenShift and Kubernetes
via their respective APIs has been forked from the Atomic App project
into it's own separate library!

I've made the repo public at https://github.com/cdrage/kubeshift
please feel free to star / fork the project!

There's still a lot of things to do such as creating the rpm, deb as
well as publishing it to pypi.
