Was not aware they copied in the templates.

So these are updated manually when you and other template makers update 
them ?

We probably should point to these instead of what we do now at
https://github.com/redhat-developer-tooling/openshift-vagrant/blob/master/cdk-v2/scripts/configure_ose.sh#L211
which is kind of grabbing from various places.
