[Container-tools] Why do we have "rhel-docker-eclipse"?

Yes.
That's what was agreed will happen.
One vagrantfile with OpenShift working out of the box.
Then document how to start/stop the right things for the user that wants pure kubernetes. The details for that i expect the team to document soon.
