[Container-tools] Prepackaged OpenShift template with CDK

For the jboss-openshift templates, please use the ose-v1.2.0-1 tag.  The master branch is for active development.

Also note that you'll need the jboss-image-streams.json file which defines the image streams referenced by the templates.
