[Container-tools] OSE Builds Fail in CDK2 Beta 4

All,
    I ran through a quick install of rhel-ose Vagrant file. Everything installed great, and I got OSE up and running, but when I run through a build of, for example, https://github.com/openshift/nodejs-ex

Has anybody seen this error before?
