[Container-tools] ADB release 1.7.0 is delayed till Wednesday

We have sorted out the RPMs path and RPM signing stuff in CentOS 
project. However we need some time to do a rebuild, test then release. 
So planning to release it on Wednesday i.e. 18th Feb 2016.
