[Container-tools] [Pre-release] Atomic App 0.4.2

Hi all,

We will be doing a release of Atomic App tomorrow after 1100 EST.

We have 19 important commits including a fix against the current
master Atomic CLI compatibility.

As always, if you have any last minute PR's that need to be merged
please ping the respective people :)!
