So I talked with Lala about this. They missed their release last week
and thus are building it this week. After talking with Lala, there is
actually no reason to couple the releases of ADB and Atomic App other
than to make sure Atomic App supports whatever major versions of
software components that exist in the ADB. We don't actually ship an
Atomic App container in the ADB. 

I think we can "mentally" decouple these things and not have our releases
be so dependent. We both release every two weeks so issues that crop up 
should work themselves out quickly.

That being said, I think we might push out Atomic App release to wednesday 
since both Charlie and Ratnadeep were taking some much needed time off today.
