When a Nulecule component points to an external Nulecule application, 
we instantiate a Nulecule instance for the external Nulecule 
application and assign it to ``NuleculeComponent._app``.

A Nulecule component represents an item in the ``graph`` of the 
Nulecule definition. A Nulecule component could point to a local 
artifact, or an external Nulecule application.
