[Container-tools] Mesos-Marathon on CentOS 7 box

Hi all,

I am looking forward to some feedback on the gist [1] I've written to setup
$subject.

I followed the steps mentioned in there a couple of times and it looks OK to
me. However, if someone else can also validate the steps, it'd be really
helpful.
