[Container-tools] Testing scripts for Atomic App

Hi all,

After a bit of cleaning up, I've made the scripts I use to test Atomic App public.

As well as Kubernetes, OpenShift and Docker tests, the new OpenShift
stop integration has been added too.

It's a bunch of bash scripts as well as a Makefile, so please excuse
the potential mess of things.

I'd like for this to be added in the future to our current ci
integration. One thing I like about atomic cli's build cycle is the
use of Jenkins and the
