[Container-tools] Atomic App Release Delay +1

Hi all,

To accomodate a few more features to this weeks release, we will be
postponing the release by one more day, namely to introduce a new
Atomic App lifecycle with new verb and CLI calls.

We will be releasing Atomic App on Thursday (January 14th).
