[Container-tools] Suitable way to Introduce Systemd file for OpenShift provider in ADB Vagrant Box

Hua hua, so the application that delivers Mode 2 applications, is actually a Mode 1 application that needs systemd :-P  My plan is coming along quite nicely :-P
