[Container-tools] Preparing for ADB v1.6 release

We are preparing for ADB [1] version 1.6 release. Here [2] is the build for
the same.
It would be great if you guys can give it a spin and feedback on issue [3].

The Vagrantfiles for Marathon, OpenShift Origin and Kubernetes etc are at
[4].
Documentation for the specific Vagrantfiles are present in the same
directory.
