[Container-tools] ADB version 1.6.0 released

Hi,

Project Atomic is pleased to announce the release of Atomic Developer
Bundle (ADB) version 1.6.0.

Notable features of ADB v1.6.0 release:

 - Mesos Marathon as a supported container orchestrator
 - New delivery location in HashiCorp's Atlas box catalog,
projectatomic/adb [1]
 - ADB descriptive details now reported in /etc/os-release
 - Updated documentation and a new maintainer
