[Container-tools] vagrant-service-manager v1.1.0 release

Hi,

vagrant-service-manager version 1.1.0 is released.

This release of the plugin addresses bug fixes and important
enhancements with acceptance tests. --debug flag inclusion,
new start/enable commands for services and documentation
updates are few to enlist, check the detailed changelog at [1].
