[Container-tools] SSHFS back on default Vagrant file

hello,

I just downloaded the latest bits from CDK (
http://cdk-builds.usersys.redhat.com/builds/nightly/27-Jun-2016/) and I
noticed that SSHFS mounting is back in the default Vagrant file. I thought
this would be in a separate Vagrantfile due to problems with DevStudio 10.0
