[Container-tools] Namespace for demo images

​We had a plan to deliver a Red Hat Labs registry for this very purpose. It
was a bit before it's time but we are much closer now with the atomic
registry. Dirk and I will work together on this.

​I prefer just using tags for this purpose. It's quite useful to have an
image that does not have a :latest tag but only :wip (work in progress)
