[Container-tools] vagrant-sshfs officially upstream

Hi all,

I'm happy to report that the work on the sshfs vagrant plugin has landed upstream
on rubygems.org [1]. The github repo is at [2] and there are instructions there on
how to use it.

If you install/uninstall plugins and you notice that your system isn't working and
you are using vagrant-libvirt then you may be hitting this bug [3]. To work around,
do the following:

vagrant plugin install --plugin-version 0.0.3 fog-libvirt
