[Container-tools] Theremin Running on Atomic Developer Bundle (ADB)

Today I ran the ADB installation instructions from a stock Fedora 23 in a
VM, and that worked much better than my system.

So I nuked RVM and got past this error.

If the ADB guys wanna know: yep, maybe have a look at how this works in the
context of RVM install in your $HOME and on the $PATH. :)
