[Container-tools] new dev version of vagrant-sshfs

I have a new development version of vagrant-sshfs that I'd like to get some 
people to test. I'm most concerned about Windows and JBDS interaction so please 
concentrate on that platform/combination if you can.

- download the file at https://dustymabe.fedorapeople.org/vagrant-sshfs-1.2.1.a7d8a89.gem
- `vagrant plugin uninstall vagrant-sshfs`
- `vagrant plugin install ./vagrant-sshfs-1.2.1.a7d8a89.gem`
- test to see if your problem is fixed
