[Container-tools] Missing pieces: build from dockerfile

Yes we do have a new project called imagebuilder[1]. Can be used a
library in your go code to do builds, and also it has its own command
line. I did a demo (self plug ;) ) of it and recording can be found at
[2]. But the downside is it still needs docker-daemon running.
