[Container-tools] CDK 2.3 Installation Usability

I thought I would "start from scratch" with a CDK 2.3 installation.

Downloaded from
https://developers.redhat.com/products/cdk/download/
a bit tricky as I had to "workaround" the all-in-one-installer

The real trick is finding the right "oc" cli binary to use.  In this
version of Openshift there is a nice page at
https://10.1.2.2:8443/console/command-line
but the problem is that requires a real active subscription, the free
developer subscription, the one I used to download the CDK does not seem to
work.

So, I found the oc CLI on github
