Using both, we also updated registration message which now clearly state
username/password either from d.red.co or RHSM, again this will be part of
next CDKv3

Again with update version this will taken care by
--http-proxy/--https-proxy flag. Manually you shouldn't able to modify base
image.

We reiterated our proxy codebase to provide a better experience in terms of
where it should be set by default. This shouldn't be problem when we do our
next release.

We have a upstream bug[0] for it and respective PR so again it will be part
of our next release.
