[Container-tools] Updating ADB repositories about Minishift

Hi,

The development in (Atomic Developer Bundle) ADB has ceased as we moved to
Minishift [1] . However some of our customers and community uses who have
been using ADB/CDK 2.x might land in the upstream ADB repositories for
various reasons.

I think we should update the repositories (e.g. adding a note in the
readme)  to redirect them to Minishift as we are not going to support (fix
bugs etc) ADB in future.

Suggestions/comments?
