I see.
So I separate p2m conversion for IA64 from the common code
simply. The new patch is attached.
* only pgd is in core.
* read pdm entry each time
* the last page table read is cached
How about it ?
(I found the shared_info area can't be accessed any way.
I will investigate how to display it.)
