[Crash-utility] crashdc needs to change its name

[Chouinard, Luc]

It will probably trip a few triggers at NSA, but they'll filter it out eventually.
If you start seeing still figures sitting in unfamiliar cars on rue Les Ulis then we should come back and reconsider this change.
