[Crash-utility] [PATCH v2 0/4] Compressed KDUMP core analysis support for PPC32

Changes since V1:

  * Introduced generic routines to parse the ELF Notes, which could be
    reused for different architectures.

  * Better logical split of the patches.

I have tested the build for warnings using 'make Warn' with gcc version 4.3.4.
