[Crash-utility] [PATCH 0/3] some bugfix for ARM platform

Hi Dave,

When using crash utility to parse vmcores generated by ARM 
linux. It could not work as what I excepted. 
So I fix the following bugs.

The first and second make crash know the number of "online"
CPUs. And the third makes it support more CPUS.
