The term "unused vmemmap page structures" is confusing, given that they
were certainly used during the kernel's life, and still serve a purpose.   

I think the message should make it perfectly clear that the vmemmap page 
exclusion was purposely done by the user/administrator.

How about something like: "the vmemmap page structures that are associated
with the memory pages excluded by the "makedumpfile -d <level>" option have
been excluded from this dump"?
