[Crash-utility] [PATCH] extensions: use -m32 for target=MIPS build of eppic

Hi Rabin,

Are you going to post a patch/issue to https://code.google.com/p/eppic 
in order to make the analogous modification to eppic/libeppic/Makefile?
Otherwise this patch is only half-baked.
