RHEL9 will inherit these packages from Fedora, but the crash extensions packages are
not in the Fedora. So, some people would suggest adding them to Fedora firstly.

BTW: we should be able to handle the above case, only add the crash extensions packages
to RHEL9, and not add them in the Fedora. In view of this, no need to change anything.
