[Crash-utility] Crash utility with RT patchset

Hi Kazu,

I am trying crash from master branch, top commit: d6b4f36d6b22
("Handle task_struct state member changes for kernels >= 5.14-rc1")
I will give it a try with the released crash-7.3.0 and update.
