[CSI-Addons] Kubernetes CSI Addons v0.5.0 has been released

Hey,

v0.5.0 of the kubernetes-csi-addons has been released. The tag and minimal
notes can be found at

Release highlights:

- add VolumeReplication CRD and controller.
- add support for pod:// endpoints and
  make ip-address optional parameter.
- provide option to set MaxConcurrentReconciles
- use ISO 8601 timestamp format in logs.
- update dependencies to latest version.

Container-images for the different components are available from
Quay.io:
