No, I am happy with this.

(Now evms (1.9.2) was in a reasonable shape already, with version
2.0.0 of dm-ioctl.h. The above is better, but it is unpleasant when
two different versions are needed for dm / evms. Will there also
be a new evms release? Or is there one already?)
