Note: the linux-review/Enric-Balletbo-i-Serra/dm-boot-a-mapped-device-without-an-initramfs/20170412-071136 HEAD 76c4f3dfe69e92fc617c7d30e966931aec694c75 builds fine.
      It only hurts bisectibility.
