[dm-devel] [PATCH 0/5] misc multipath patches

This is another collection of miscellaneous patches. The first one is
just a resend. The second is a change to how the rados checker is enable
that makes it easier to build packages for multiple architectures (since
librados isn't supported on all architectures yet). If people have
objections, I can continue to use the existing build option. The third
is a change that's necessary to get warning messages for bad config
files.  Another option would be to just change all the config warning
messages to the highest priority. The last two are bugfixes.
