[edk2-devel] [PATCH] IntelFsp2Pkg/FspSplitBin.py: Support rebasing 1.x binary.

Support rebasing FSP 1.X binary.

Test: both FSP 2.X (Kabylake) and FSP 1.X (BroadwellDE) binary
      can be rebased successfully.
