[edk2-devel] [PATCH v2 3/4] OvmfPkg: Extract functions of extra pci roots

To use extra pci roots in other lib, it is necessary to extract
UninitRootBridge, PciHostBridgeFreeRootBridges and
PciHostBridgeExtraRoots from Ovmf/PciHostBridgeLib.
