[EnMasse] Enmasse documentation move to gitbook?

I've raised an issue to cover this request:

https://github.com/EnMasseProject/enmasse/issues/129

The ultimate content and structure of the documentation is still undergoing
discussion (e.g. how should we divide content into books - should we
separate out the documentation into guides by "user type"). I think we'll
want to settle on a structure before we look at potentially migrating the
docs.
