[EnMasse] 0.18.0-rc1 available for testing

Hi all,

0.18.0-rc1 has been tagged[1]. Noteable changes for the upcoming release:

* Support OAUTH (when used with standard or external address space) in 
messaging console
* Performance improvements to reduce load on the Kubernetes/OpenShift 
API server
* Per-address memory usage limits on queues/topics in standard address 
space. This is based on the amount of memory configured for the broker 
and the credits used in the address plans.

If all goes well, 0.18.0 will be released tomorrow.
