[EnMasse] 0.19.0 released

Hi all,

EnMasse version 0.19.0 is released[1]. Highlights:

* Support OpenShift identity brokering in Keycloak. This allows you to 
authenticate an address space admin user using OpenShift credentials.
* Create common groups for authorization and have realm admin user join 
these groups
* Reworked service broker implementation to support deploying address spaces
* Add support for service broker bind requests to create user and 
credentials
* Upgraded to Artemis 2.5.0 broker
