[EnMasse] 0.24.1 released!

Hi all,

0.24.1 is released:

This release contains some fixes and features that didn't make it into
0.24.0:

* Sanitize admin username created by keycloak-controller which had stricter
validation than OpenShift users have.
* Allow configuring which HTTP headers Keycloak passes when redirecting to
the messaging console
* Support certificate rotation for certBundle certificate provider
