Hi all,

EnMasse 0.23.0-rc1 is available for testing:

* Deploy EnMasse to a single namespace
* Simplify installation process
* Use reencrypt routes for http(s) services on OpenShift
* Bugfixes and improvements to console UI
* Improvements to documentation

Installation tarball now contains bundles and templates that can be used
with only `kubectl` and `oc`. Documentation is now also included in the
tarball.
