EnMasse version 0.30.2 RC1 is available for testing[1]

Here are the changes since 0.30.1

*  #2714: Allow setting security context of pods using persistent volumes
*  #3547: Network policies not deleted when address space is deleted
*  #3542: Add resync period for agent watches
*  #3463: Fix permission typo on 0.30 affecting usage in OLM
