I don't want to deal with dep solving issues.  It is more important to
me for EPEL to be stable than to have the latest foo package.  That
said, perhaps there should be a process by which overwhelmingly
fantastic packages could make the transition from "testing" to "current"
independent of RHEL minor releases.  I'd prefer that to be the exception
rather than the rule.
