The way the branch scripts work if there is a FC-3 branch EL-4 will come from 
that if not devel.  EL-5 will come from FC-6 if it exists if not devel.

Perhaps i should make EL-4 come from FC-3 then FC-6 then devel.  Ill get it 
done that way.  you can quite easily make it the older version for EL-4
