only keep the latest package in testing?

I'm not sure I'm interpreting this right. Would this be a valid example?

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/revisor/2.0.5/7.fc7/data/signed/0x4F2A6FD2/noarch/

I tried without '0x' too, but again I'm not even sure I am using the 
correct key.
