problem with building Zabbix on EL4/x86_64

Hello,
I have problems with building Zabbix 1.4.2 on (only) EL4/x86_64. For an
unknown reason, configure is saying that it cannot find net-snmp
libraries even when net-snmp-devel is installed and the build on i386
and ppc is done. Details can be found at

Can somebody do a local (or mock) build and send me the config.log (or
its relevant part), so I can see what's wrong?
